General Hospital's Carly Corinthos Spencer, currently played by Laura Wright, has had her fair share of toxic relationships. The list begins with Lorenzo Alcazar, played by Ted King, whose obsessive fixation on Carly led to multiple kidnapping scenarios and mental health crises.
Next is Franco Baldwin, originally played by James Franco and later by Roger Howarth, whose complicated relationship with Carly included a staged murder confession during their wedding. Third on the list is Tony Jones, Carly's stepdad turned lover, whose life was torn apart due to Carly's vengeful manipulation.
The fourth worst relationship is with AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan), the biological father of Carly's son, Michael. Carly's deceitful tactics to keep AJ away from their son led to a spiral of destructive events, resulting in AJ's death.
The worst of Carly's relationships is with Congressman Drew Cain, played by Cameron Mathison. Their relationship caused a significant shift in Drew's character, leading him down a dark and destructive path.
